    James E. Rohr is chairman and chief executive officer of The PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States.Rohr, who joined the company through its management development program in 1972, proceeded through various marketing and management responsibilities in Corporate Banking. He was elected a vice chairman of PNC in 1989, named a director in 1990, elected as president in 1992 and named chief operating officer in 1998. Rohr was named chief executive officer in May 2000 and chairman in May 2001. For his leadership of PNC, Rohr was named American Banker’s “Banker of the Year” for 2007.Rohr is a director of BlackRock, Inc., ATI, EQT Corporation, RAND Board of Trustees and the International Monetary Conference. He is a member of the Federal Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve System and is the immediate past chairman and member of The Financial Services Roundtable. He is a past chairman of the Pennsylvania Business Roundtable, former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and former chairman of BITS, the technology group for The Financial Services Roundtable.In addition, Rohr supports a number of civic, cultural and educational organizations. He is a director of Carnegie Mellon University, The Heinz Endowments and the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP). He is a member of the board of trustees for The University of Notre Dame; is past chairman and a member of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust; and, is past chairmanand member of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development. He is a board member and former chairman of the Greater Pittsburgh Council of the Boy Scouts of America. In October 2006, Rohr received the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship. In May 2007, he received the Sesame Workshop Corporate Honoree Award and in May 2008 he received the Women's Institutefor a Secure Retirement (WISER) Hero Award from the Heinz Family Philanthropies. He was named a Horatio Alger Award recipient for 2011 by the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans.Rohr earned his bachelor of arts degree in 1970 from the University of Notre Dame and his master's in business administration from The Ohio State.

    Cory‘s expertise is focused on Federal Reserve Supervision and Regulation of large and systemically important foreign and domestic firms. Moreover, Cory has been leading the firm's efforts on the Volcker Rule. In that capacity, she has assisted a number of Global Systemically Important Banks (both US and Non US based) think through the implications and impact of the rule as well as providing insight into the possible compliance and reporting requirements. She regularly speaks at conferences regarding the Volcker Rule. During her tenure at PwC she has also advised major international banks on regulatory matters including dealing with enforcement actions and evaluating Basel II readiness. Cory also spends part of her time in the federal regulatory space advising on increasing the impact of monitoring and surveillance as a supervision tool. Prior to joining PwC, Cory was an Associate Director at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, with responsibility for advising staff and the Governors on issues relating to the largest, most complex banking organizations, including applications, enforcement actions, and matters related to safety and soundness. During the recent financial crisis, Cory led the Supervisory Capital Assessment Program, commonly referred to as the Supervisory Stress Tests.Prior to her responsibilities at the Board of Governors, she led Basel II implementation for the Federal Reserve System from 2003 to mid-2007. She was a lead Federal Reserve representative for interagency Basel II rule and guidance development. She was key in the development of Supervisory Colleges both in the US and in the AIG. She also served as the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve’s representative for the Accord Implementation Group and the Standards Implementation Group. Cory also held a number of leadership positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, including in the Market Risk Group and in Relationship Management for large, complex banking organizations. While a Relationship Manager for a complex foreign bank, she coordinated and negotiated with a number of foreign regulatory agencies including the FSA and the EBK regarding supervisory issues of mutual interest . Cory also spent a number of years in the capital markets, where she traded bank debt and later brokered derivatives for financial organizations. Cory’s areas of expertise include traded products controls (including fixed income, currency, and equity trading), wholesale credit risk management, Basel II implementation requirements, liquidity and funding, financial analysis, and corporate governance.

    John L. Guy, Jr. has joined Webster as Senior Vice President heading Business and Professional Banking (B&PB) within the Retail Banking organization. Guy previously served as SVP of SBA and alternative lending strategies with Fifth Third in Cincinnati. In his role he was responsible for developing strategies and delivery of SBA and alternative financing solutions through a dedicated sales force. Earlier Guy served as SVP, business banking where he was responsible for driving the strategies, managing large and diverse teams, and building an infrastructure that delivered a broad set of products and services to companies with revenues up to $10 million.Guy worked for Wachovia as Executive Director for Wholesale Products, Executive Director for Small and Business Banking, and Chief Executive and Operating Officer for Small Business Capital. He oversaw the development and implementation of a platform that delivered financing products to support small business and retail customers nationally, managed 225 people, and directed term debt financing for customers through the SBA. Before joining the banking industry, Guy worked in a variety of finance positions for Heller International Corporation, Borg Warner Corporation, and Zenith Corporation. He has a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

As Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking, she is responsible for directing all aspects of retail sales and operations for Coppermark Bank, a 1.2 billion regional financial institution with branches in Oklahoma and Texas. Pat is a graduate of BAI’s Graduate and Retail Graduate Schools of Banking and holds a Professional Masters of Banking certification from Louisiana State University. She is past president of the Oklahoma City chapter of BAI and Board Member of the Northwest Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. She was a member of the 2006 Deluxe Knowledge Exchange Collaborative, an 18 month initiative focused on transforming the way financial institutions work with small businesses.

    Carolyn Schaefer began her distinguished, 41-year banking career with National Central Bank, continuing with its successors, Hamilton, CoreStates, First Union, and Wachovia. She was Wachovia's Senior Vice President and Service Director for Branch Banking across Central Pennsylvania and Area Executive Officer for York County. Carolyn joined the senior management team at York Traditions Bank in York, Pennsylvania in 2004. A Certified Financial Planner, Mrs. Schaefer has received an Athena Award from the York County Chamber of Commerce and was named one of the "50 Best Women in Business in Pennsylvania." She is a Board member for the York County Heritage Trust, Better York, the York Collegiate Council, the Women's Business Center Organization, and an active member of the York Rotary Club.
