    Mitchel H. Kider is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Weiner Brodsky Kider PC, a national law firm specializing in the representation of financial institutions, residential homebuilders, and real estate settlement service providers. In his 32 years as a practicing attorney, Mitch has represented banks, mortgage companies, homebuilders, credit card issuers, and other financial service companies in a broad range of litigation and regulatory and compliance matters. He represents clients in investigative and enforcement actions before the United States Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and various state and local regulatory authorities and Attorneys General offices. Mitch speaks frequently on regulatory and litigation matters before trade associations and other industry groups. He is a Faculty Fellow of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Mitch is the author of six books pertaining to residential mortgage finance and also has written numerous law review and real estate journal articles on the subject.     Lori has been with U.S. Bank since 1994, and has over 19 years experience in the financial services industry.� Lori leads 98 In-Store branches that cover 5 states, and continues to open new locations. Lori began her banking career as an Assistant Branch Manager, opening the first In-Store branch in Idaho. Lori has worked in various branch and district positions within the In-Store Division, including Branch Manager, DOM and DM, prior to her current role as Regional Manager, which she has held for the last seven years.     Jason Alderman is a senior director at Visa Inc. and runs the company’s global financial literacy initiative, which includes the award-winning Practical Money Skills for Life and What’s My Score? programs. As part of his work at Visa, Mr. Alderman writes a weekly personal finance column that is carried in over 500 community newspapers throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Visa at the start of 2006, Mr. Alderman handled communications for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, one of America's largest utilities. Mr. Alderman’s career also included service as a Congressional staffer in Washington, D.C. on the House Appropriations Committee and as the legislative director for the late Rep. Sidney Yates of Illinois. In that post, he helped oversee the multi-billion dollar budgets for the U.S. Department of the Interior and the Smithsonian Institution. Mr. Alderman sits on the board of the JumpStart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy and is the founder of the Bay Area Center for Voting Research.
