Artie Byrne has been with Barneys New York for over 10 years, where he is responsible for the luxury department store’s financial and store systems. 2 years ago he was charged with modernizing their point of sale system – a central piece to that strategy was implementing mobile. Barneys launched mobile point of sale in November 2011 and were the first retailer to offer full functionality on an Ipad. He is also involved in and manages other digital strategy elements for the chain. Artie received his B.S. in Computer Science and Film Studies from Rutgers College and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.

Victoria Cheng is a Senior Associate at Core Innovation Capital, where she invests in financial technology start ups that focus on serving the Emerging Middle Class. Prior to Core Innovation Capital, Victoria worked with venture capital firms, NYC Seed, Foundation Capital and Investor Growth Capital. She has worked on early stage technology companies from seed to growth equity. Earlier in her career, Victoria was an investment banker at Citi, where she advised clients on initial public offerings, private placements, debt issuances, joint ventures and M&A transactions.Following Citi, Victoria worked at H.I.G. Capital, a middle market private equity firm, where she was responsible for screening, due diligence and portfolio management. Victoria is a Kauffman Fellow. She also serves on the board of the InSITE Fellowship program. Victoria received an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she graduated with honors, and a BS from Georgetown University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
