William S. Demchak is president of The PNC Financial Services Group and its principle banking subsidiary, PNC Bank, National Association. He is responsible for all of PNC’s businesses, including Corporate & Institutional Banking, the Asset Management Group, Retail Banking and Mortgage Banking. In addition, he is a director of BlackRock, Inc. Demchak joined PNC in 2002 as chief financial officer. In July 2005, he was named head of PNC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking responsible for PNC’s middle market and large corporate businesses, as well as capital markets, real estate finance, equity management and leasing. Demchak was promoted to senior vice chairman in 2009 and named head of PNC businesses in August 2010. He was elected to his current position in April 2012. Before joining PNC in 2002, he served as the global head of Structured Finance and Credit Portfolio for JP Morgan Chase. Demchak also held key leadership roles at JP Morgan prior to its merger with the Chase Manhattan Corporation in 2000. He was actively involved in developing JP Morgan’s strategic agenda, and was a member of the company’s capital and credit risk committees. Demchak is a member of The Financial Services Roundtable and serves on the Regulatory Management Committee. He is a board member and past chairman of the Greater Pittsburgh Council of the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of the Extra Mile Education Foundation and the YMCA of Pittsburgh. Demchak received a bachelor of science degree from Allegheny College and earned an MBA with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Michigan.

He has more than 20 years of experience leading strategic planning, e-business and technology in the financial services industry. He began his career leading key strategic initiatives within Prudential Financial�s U.S. consumer, global operations and institutional divisions, where he led e-business and web experience for the firm�s 40 million customers, as well as service delivery strategy and product management for the firm�s personal wealth management, employee benefits and corporate services groups.Eric earned his bachelor�s degree in marketing and economics from Muhlenberg College and a master�s degree in business administration and international management from Seton Hall University and Northwestern University�s Kellogg School of Management.

Jason Suarez is Assistant Vice President and Product Manager for Mobile Banking at City National Bank. John Finley joined San Francisco based Bank of the West in 2008. John is a Senior Vice President, Director of Digital Channel Mobile and Online Banking at Bank of the West supporting consumer and small business customers. He has over 15 years� experience creating and delivering online and mobile solutions in financial services, retail, and classified verticals. John�s career started in the agency world at Organic, Inc. where he led the delivery of large-scale e-commerce web development projects for retail clients including Macy�s, Bloomingdales, and Blockbuster. Following his retail stint, John spent several years at Washington Mutual where he directed the implementation of several different B2B, B2C, and sales force automation solutions during the largest mortgage market in US history.John received his undergrad degree from Whitman College.
