Brice Mindrum has worked for America First Credit Union for 15 years. During that time he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University, majoring in Telecommunications and Business Administration. Starting with the Credit Union as a Check Processing Assistant Manager and then moving to manage that department Brice has worked hard for the Credit Union ideals. In 2006, Brice moved to the Marketing department as the Category Manager over Mobile Banking and Deposits where he was responsible for the growth and adoption of those products. In 2009, Brice started the Recovery Department focusing on the recovery of written off loans and the sale of repossessed vehicles. This department grew the recovery rate by 400% over the next year. Looking to get back to a technical and marketing field, Brice was given the opportunity to manage the Mobile Services department in 2012. This department is focused on the development of new mobile technologies along with the sales and marketing of those products or services. America First sees mobile banking as a strategic initiative going forward and Brice�s technical and marketing background were a nice fit for the position.
Troy Woods, president and chief operating officer of TSYS, has been a critical influence in the company's strategic decisions for the past two decades. Woods has been involved in directing the company's international expansion, strategic planning activities, negotiations with major clients, and the continual improvement of TS2, the company's core payments engine. Under Woods' leadership, the company has expanded to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Brazil and the Asia-Pacific.Woods started his career at Columbus Bank and Trust Company (Columbus, Ga.) in 1970, working part-time in the bankcard department and eventually becoming a vice president. He left the company in 1977 to become a senior vice president for consumer lending with AmSouth Bank in Birmingham, Ala. He rejoined TSYS in 1987.Woods is a member of the TSYS Board of Directors, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the companies that comprise TSYS' Merchant Services Segment. Woods serves on the Board of Directors for several civic organizations as well, including the YMCA of Metropolitan Columbus (Ga.), West Georgia Honor Flight and the Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Columbus State University and the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts in Columbus, Georgia.Woods earned a bachelor's degree from Columbus State University (Columbus, Ga.), and also graduated from the University of Virginia's Graduate School of Retail Bank Management and Louisiana State University's School of Banking of the South.
William Dunkelberg is professor emeritus of economics in the College of Liberal Arts, Temple University, where he served as dean of the School of Business and Management from 1987 through 1994 and as Director of the Center for the Advancement and Study of Entrepreneurship. He currently serves as chief economist for the National Federation of Independent Business. His prior appointments were at the Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University, the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University and the Survey Research Center at the University of Michigan. He has BA, MA and Ph.D. degrees in economics from the University of Michigan. Dunkelberg is a nationally known authority on small business, entrepreneurship, consumer credit and government policy. He has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox, CNN, MSNBC, the ABC, CBS and NBC Evening News programs, "Good Morning America" and numerous local news and business TV and radio shows. He is frequently quoted in major news publications including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Bloomberg Business Week, The New York Times, U.S. News & World Report and USA Today, and serves on the economic forecasting panels for USA Today and Bloomberg and as an economic advisor to ABC News. He is the author or co-author of numerous books and articles.
Rahul brings more than 22 years of experience in management consulting, with an emphasis on strategy, operations, and profit enhancement in cards and payments. He previously built and led Banking, Payments, and Channels consulting practices at both Capgemini and Capco, and served as the consulting partner for many of top tier banks, card issuers, and payment providers in the US and Canada. Rahul�s past consulting experience also includes tenures at Price Waterhouse, Deloitte, Bowne Global Solutions, and MasterCard Advisors.Rahul�s clients have included American Express, Citi, JPMorganChase, TD Bank, and Bank of America, among others. A recognized thought leader in Payments, Rahul has spoken at many industry conferences on issues and imperatives facing banks and new entrants.Rahul earned his MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, and his BS in Applied Mathematics/Operations Research from Carnegie Mellon University.
Omer leads Deloitte’s Analytics and Information Management efforts for the Banking & Securities practice in the U.S. He has more than 20 years of IT experience, primarily in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), master data management, business intelligence and analytics enablement. Omer has led several efforts around the Office of Customer Care, addressing issues regarding consumer complaints, and more broadly around customer transformation. He has authored several papers on the role of data and information management in financial services, including how to boost performance in banking through analytics, the game-changing nature of performance analytics for banks, and business intelligence as a performance enhancer for the insurance sector. He also serves as one of Deloitte’s US CIO Fellows and sits on the Deloitte’ Eminence Review Board.
As Head of Global Vertical Marketing for Financial Services for Facebook, Neil is responsible for developing strategies for improving the growth and profitability of financial service providers through the full consumer and small business lifecycle. Neil has delivered profitable results for Financial Services companies over twelve years in leadership roles across digital and traditional marketing strategy, product management, and channel development at U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, HSBC, and Capital One. Neil also spent six years in global sales and automotive product management for Robert Bosch Corporation. Neil received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
