    Mary E. Peters served as U.S. Secretary of Transportation from 2006 � 2009.� She oversaw all US aviation, surface and maritime policy and programs and negotiated transportation agreements with foreign governments.� Ms. Peters was responsible for over 60,000 employees and a $70.3 billion annual budget.Prior to serving as U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Ms. Peters was a Senior Vice President and National Director for Transportation Policy and Consulting for HDR, Inc., a major engineering company.In 2001, Ms. Peters was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as the Federal Highway Administrator for the U.S. Department of Transportation, a role she served in from 2001 � 2005.� As Administrator she oversaw the federal-aid and federal lands highway programs, including the interstate highway system and the national highway system.� Ms. Peters was responsible for over 3,000 employees and a $45 billion annual budget.� During her tenure, Ms. Peters worked with the Administration and Congress to enact a multi-year surface transportation bill, SAFETEA-LU. She also spearheaded efforts to find new ways to invest in infrastructure and advocated the use of new technology to reduce construction time while saving taxpayer dollars and ensuring safer and stronger roads.Ms. Peters served as the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Director prior to becoming Federal Highway Administrator. She was appointed to serve as ADOT Director in 1998 by Governor Jane Hull, after making tremendous strides in many roles within the Department beginning in 1985.Among her awards, she was recognized as the Most Influential Person in Arizona Transportation by the Arizona Business Journal and as the 2004 National Woman of the Year Award from the W omen�s Transportation Seminar.

    Jonathan Winer is the Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Seavest Healthcare Properties where he is responsible for the firm�s investment activities.� Prior to joining Seavest, Mr. Winer was a Partner at EY LLP where he directed the Healthcare Real Estate Advisory practice.� Previously, Mr. Winer was active with Chemical Bank and Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. where he specialized in providing tax-exempt financing.Mr. Winer is a frequent speaker at healthcare real estate industry events including seminars sponsored by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).     Mr. Hamilton is the Director of Business Development for the Clean Energy Business Incubator Program (CEBIP) at Stony Brook University.�� His education includes a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and a MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University. He brings a focus in clean energy technologies with experience in business development, commercialization of engineering technologies, marketing and sales, as well as an ability to communicate well with early stage entrepreneurs in the clean energy arena.Mr. Hamilton started his professional career with the Long Island Lighting Company managing independent power producers.� From there, he has been involved in the design, development and implementation of Sirius Satellite Radio's terrestrial transmitters, developing sales and marketing plans for aerospace and IT companies, managing the sales and operation of hydrogen fuel cells for Plug Power, and most recently developing the commercial sales and marketing for EmPower Solar, a leading Long Island turnkey solar provider.�

    Beth is a Vice President/Senior Credit Officer in Moody�s Health Care ratings group.� Her responsibilities include assigning and monitoring healthcare ratings within the states of Florida, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.� A sampling of obligors in Beth�s portfolio include Geisinger Health System Foundation, University of Wisconsin Hospitals & Clinics, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, NYU Hospitals Center, Johns Hopkins Health System, Inova Health System, MedStar Health, Sentara Health System, University of Maryland Medical System, and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.� She is the co-chair of Moody�s Public Finance Liquidity Task Force and specializes in liquidity issues and analyzing the credit of institutions that use their own liquidity to support their variable rate debt.� Beth joined Moody�s in 1997.�Prior to joining Moody�s Beth spent five years as an underwriter and surveillance officer with Financial Security Assurance.� Beth earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in health care administration from Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Baruch College and her B.A. in sociology from the State University of New York at Albany.
