David Moore has served as the Executive Vice President in charge of Retail Banking for the past 23 years. His responsibilities include all retail operations, including customer service both in branch and through Central Bank's Client Services phone center. He is also responsible for planning, building, closing, buying or leasing banking facilities. During his tenure, the number of locations has grown from 10 to 26, with total assets growing from $363,000,000 to $2,132,000,000. David�s 39 years of banking experience includes management in Retail and Client Services as well as in Commercial Lending, Private Banking, Special Assets, Loan Processing, Audit, and Loan Review. This wealth of experience has provided a basis for his current or past service on a number of boards for organizations such as Komen for the Cure-Lexington affiliate; University of Kentucky Art Museum; Headley-Whitney Museum; Academic Sweet 16; Kentucky School of Banking; Lexington Fund for the Arts; the Woodford County Board of Education; and the Industrial Revenue Bond Committee for the city of Lexington and Fayette County. David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Brian M. Pearce is Senior Vice President, Head of Retail Mobile Channel and Digital Innovation for Wells Fargo�s Digital Channels Group.� His team is responsible for the Wells Fargo retail mobile strategy and managing� the company�s retail mobile presence, including wf.com, downloadable apps (iPad, iPhone, Android and Windows) and the Text Banking service (short code 93557 - WELLS). �The company currently has more than 12 million active customers using mobile devices to access their accounts.Throughout his 20-year career in financial services, Brian has garnered much success by leading a variety of business development, product and project management, business analysis and product operations functions.� Brian's career with Wells Fargo began in 2001 in the Investment Internet Services group and continued in Online Payments in 2005. Throughout his tenure, Brian and his teams have led large, multi-channel efforts including P2P payments, InterFI Transfers, Transfer Scheduling, Bill Pay scalability, and the launch of the online brokerage platform. Prior to Wells Fargo, he worked for both industry leaders such as First Data Corporation and Andersen Consulting as well as Internet startups.

Tami Armstrong is Vice-President & Marketing Director of The National Bank & Trust Company (NB&T) headquartered in Sycamore, Illinois.� NB&T is an independent community bank with assets of $650 million providing full service banking at 10 branch locations in Northern Illinois. NB&T manages an additional $600 million in its Trust & Wealth Management Division.� The bank launched a Securities and Brokerage Service Division in January of 2014.Tami oversees marketing and communication for all NB&T business lines and divisions including brand management, acquisition, retention, market research, product development, analytics management, website, social media, and electronic/print media.�She lead a successful rebranding of the 147 year-old banking institution in 2012, was the driving force behind the development of a performance management/CRM system, TAMS (Total Access Management System), and continues to spearhead the development and distribution of new technologies including the NB&T Mobile App, Banker Jr. App, P2P payments, and ATM deposit automation technology.Tami is a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing and holds M.A, B.A, and A.A Degrees in Communication.

Ameesh Vakharia is the Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Consulting for SunTrust Bank.� In this role, he is responsible for corporate and line of business strategic planning and corporate performance management for the Company.� Ameesh joined SunTrust in 2011 and is based in Atlanta.� Previously, he was an Associate Principal for McKinsey & Company, where he advised leadership of regional banks and property and casualty insurers.� In prior roles, Ameesh was an associate for Metropolitan Venture Partners and a financial analyst for Goldman Sachs. Ameesh earned a Master of Science degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Over his 26 year career with TD, Greg has held progressively more senior positions across the bank in the Retail Banking, Finance, and Product groups in both Canada and the U.S.� In his current role, Greg leads TD�s Cross-Border Customer Experience Team�the group responsible for delivering a Legendary Customer Experience for Canadians with U.S. banking needs.Greg has personal experience with the challenges associated with Cross-Border Banking having spent 5 years living and working in the U.S. �In fact, Greg was the first TD Leader to move to the U.S. when TD expanded into U.S. Retail Banking with the purchase of Banknorth in 2005.� Between 2005 and 2010, he built and led The Retail Sales Strategy Group for TD Bank, America�s Most Convenient Bank.Greg earned a B.Comm. from the University of British Columbia in 1991 and an MBA from Simon Fraser University in 1999.�Greg is married to Carolyn and they share their lives with their daughter Darby and two dogs (Guinness and Murphy�both labs) and, somewhat reluctantly on Greg�s part, with a cat named Mufassa.

With more than 12 years of experience within the financial services industry, Dave Kucera currently serves as the Director of Business Innovation for BBVA Compass. The Business Innovation team has multiple functions including identifying, developing, and executing innovation projects within the US; collaborating and partnering with FinTech startup companies to incorporate innovation into the bank�s design thinking; leading a multidisciplinary team in the migration toward becoming a digital bank; and organizing and managing the integration of the bank�s new distribution model into the US business systems.Dave joined BBVA Compass in 2007 as the District Retail Executive for Southern Colorado. In 2010, Dave took a role as the Sales Productivity Executive for the West Region in Phoenix, Arizona where he was a three-time Pinnacle award winner. In March 2013, he was promoted to Director of Business Innovation. Dave began his career in retail banking with Wells Fargo Bank where he held several management positions. Nikita has begun his career at Ernst&Young as a management consultant. He later moved to telecom industry where he worked as an online marketing professional, manager and executive. After spending several years with telecom, he left and decided to start his own business.Nikita co-founded several startups in broadband Internet access, and IP-related services with two successful exits.While at Stanford he was working on the project integrating big financial data with consumer behavior and psychology.After graduation in 2012 he decided to apply his extensive experience in consumer marketing to the personal finance space and co-founded�SavedPlus.com.
