Susan Dushock joined SunTrust Bank�s Investment Strategy Group in May 2011 after spending 6 years at Bank of America Global Capital Management. She is responsible for municipal research within Private Wealth Management.Susan began her municipal career at Lehman Brothers doing housing bond analysis; later expanding into health care and higher education. She pioneered early work on prepayments and worked closely with housing issuers to provide useful and timely disclosure to interested parties in the municipal bond market.Susan has been named an Institutional Investor, Global Guaranty and Smith�s All-Star team member, most recently in 2014 (Smith�s All-Star, Generalist). She speaks regularly at industry conferences, including the National Council of State Housing Finance Agencies (HFA), the National Association of Local HFA�s, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA), the Government Officers Finance Association (GFOA), The Bond Buyer and Smith�s Research and Gradings Review. Vince has led teams of attorneys assisting in the representation of major bondholders in the Chapter 9 bankruptcy proceedings of Detroit and San Bernardino. He is also experienced in representing corporate and other types of commercial businesses, financial institutions and trade creditors, and acquirers of distressed assets in the areas of corporate finance, workouts and reorganizations, recapitalizations, and asset purchases and sales, both inside and outside of insolvency proceedings. Since 2001, Jordan Dorfman has served as an attorney in the State Revolving Fund Branch, Office of Wastewater Management.� Jordan was a member of a team which implemented and evaluated the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and provided technical assistance to EPA�s regional offices and State CWSRF programs.� Jordan spent 2004 as a Brookings Institution Fellow working on the personal staff of Senator Mark Dayton on environmental, energy, and judicial reform issues.� More recently, Jordan was the staff lead for the implementation effort for the Office of Water for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.� In that role he coordinated cross Office actions to support and oversee implementation of the ARRA program.� He also conducted state and borrower oversight and testing of financial transactions for compliance with eligibility and programmatic requirements.�� Jordan assisted in the development of the security features and legal requirements of a proposed US Territory Infrastructure Bank.� Currently, Jordan is staff lead for the development and implementation of the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act program (WIFIA).Before joining EPA, Jordan was an estate planning and probate attorney at a small law firm in Washington, D.C.� Jordan received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

While on the leadership teams at multiple brokerage technology firms, Tyson built his knowledge of operations, sales and executive leadership as a conversion lead, head of client accounts and sales.� Tyson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University and completed the SII Leadership Training at the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. �
