Certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as a national Qualified Entity, FAIR Health also receives data representing the experience of all individuals enrolled in traditional Medicare Parts A, B and D; FAIR Health houses data on Medicare Advantage enrollees in its private claims data repository. Ms. Gelburd is a nationally recognized expert on healthcare policy, data and transparency.

This fundamental belief in the potential of those around him led to a career in the talent management field, where he was Founder and CEO of three internet-based services companies. He served as SVP of Sales & Marketing for Ameritox, a private equity-owned healthcare services company, and before that he was the first VP of Marketing at Dyson – makers of awesome consumer products. Jeff is an active member in Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). He holds a BS from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Vlad Gyster is the co-founder and CEO of Airbo, an engaging employee communications platform used by organizations like Fujifilm. Vlad has spent 10 years working with HR functions, especially in the area of driving adoption of emerging technologies like mobile, gamification, and social media. Prior to starting Airbo, Vlad spent five years at Towers Watson, where he co-founded and led the social media practice, and worked with Fortune 500 companies like 3M and American Express to implement strategies to engage employees in wellness, benefits, and the rest of the HR ecosystem.
