Roger Abramson has been a practicing attorney since 1996 and has specialized in employee benefits law for much of that period. Roger is presently General Counsel for AmeriFlex, a national third-party benefits administrator headquartered in Frisco, TX.\nRoger received his undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville and his law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law. He has worked as a freelance writer with articles published in the Nashville Scene, the Nashville City Paper, Health Insurance Underwriters Magazine, and SHRM.org. He also holds the Advanced Certification in Flexible Compensation (ACFC) designation awarded by the Flexible Compensation Institute.\nRoger lives in Brentwood, TX with his wife, Lisa, and two sons Thomas and Benjamin.

A financial and operations executive with extensive experience in finance, accounting, administration, strategic planning, information systems, sales and marketing, and operations, Ms. Marcucci brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge relative to identifying strategy and executing against it. Her 30-year career has focused on start-up ventures inherent on leveraging a corporation’s existing asset base.\nRhonda developed her expertise in benefits administration outsourcing through her work with Marsh & McLennan where, as Sr. Vice President, her primary focus was leveraging Marsh’s distribution and administration capabilities to penetrate new markets using benefit administration to further develop benefit programs. Rhonda left Marsh in 2004 to found Gruppo Marcucci.  Now a nationally recognized consulting practice, Gruppo Marcucci works in the HR and Benefits Administration Technology and Outsourcing industry and focusing on consultation for the 25 – 20,000+ employee market. Cheryl Larson is president and CEO of the Midwest Business Group on Health. Andrew Sykes, Chairman of Health at Work (HAW), is a qualified actuary, a licensed health insurance broker, an HIAA managed health professional and an accomplished speaker on the topic of consumer-directed health care and wellness. He has worked on four continents in these areas having started and run NMG Consultants and Actuaries for 15 years and has consulted with some of the world’s largest companies (including Shell Oil, McDonald’s, Nokia, Unilever, BHP Billiton, SAB Miller and many others). He is the lead consultant to the Douglas County School District (Colorado’s 3rd largest school district) and the key architect behind their vision to become America’s Healthiest School District by 2015. Andrew served as the Chief Wellness Officer for The Vitality Group before starting HAW.
