Greg Derby is Managing Director with Maryland-based Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, the Public-Private Partnership development arm of general contractor, Clark Construction Group.� In this capacity, Greg is responsible for leading the Clark organizations efforts on turnkey alternative delivery projects including design-build, design-build finance and performance based infrastructure in transportation and social infrastructure. Currently, Greg is leading Clark's efforts on bidding the Purple Line and Indianapolis Justice Complex performance based infrastructure projects, and the McCormick Place Hotel design-build finance project, among other pursuits. Stephanie Brun-Brunet first joined Alstom in 1996.She was appointed Vice President, Turnkey and Infrastructure Projects for Alstom Transportation in October 2010. In this role, she is responsible for developing Alstom Transportation�s position in North America with key customers on High Speed, Rail Infrastructure, Turnkey, and P3 projects.Stephanie was raised and educated in France where she received her degree as an engineer.Since 1998, Stephanie has held various responsibilities for Alstom in Asia, Europe, and South America, in areas including R&D, M&A, industrial operations, sales, business development, and general management. Kent Hiteshew is thefirst Director of the U.S. Treasury Department’s newly established Office of State and Local Finance where he advises the Secretary of the Treasury and other senior Treasury officials in the development of public policy pertaining to infrastructure finance, distressed municipal credits, and public pensions, among other topics.� Kent also oversees a team of policy advisors dedicated to advancing Treasury’s knowledge of, and expertise in, the municipal bond market.Mr. Hiteshew joins Treasury after a 30-year career as a public finance banker, including more than 23 years at J.P. Charlie Giffin, Executive Director, Head of Public Finance Debt Capital Markets, has been with J.P. Morgan�s Public Finance Group for 15 years. Mr. Giffin oversees municipal products and product development, in addition to managing technology, regulatory, risk, and control initiatives for the Public Finance Department. Mr. Giffin has a broad background in municipal bond structuring, quantitative solutions, tender offers, derivative solutions, risk management, and product development. Mr. Giffin received a BA from Wittenberg University in Economics and Management, and an MBA from New York University with a concentration in Finance.
