    With more than 20 years of experience, Sham Kashikar is a senior IT leader leading BI,  MDM and Enterprise Architecture functions within large companies including Cisco and Sun Microsystems as well as high-growth  medium-sized companies such as VMware and McAfee.  Mr. Kashikar is very passionate about MDM and BI and believes they are key business strategy enablers.  He thinks MDM will evolve from current focus on Customer, Product and Item master to mastering the enterprise data assets where this data is consumed.  Mr. Kashikar has led multiple enterprise wide BI and MDM programs  from concept through implementation. He has championed the MDM and BI  initiatives including establishing business case, strategy, ROI,  cross-functional governance and collaboration across business functions. Mr. Kashikar has also partnered  with leading  MDM vendors on their product roadmaps.  He received his engineering degree from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad (GECA).

    Shenoy Karkala has more than 20 years of experience in Information Management with a focus on MDM and BI for large global organizations such as Cisco Systems.   Currently, Mr. Karkala is Principal Data and BI Architect at McAfee where he is  leading MDM solutions. His key interests include business agility through business process improvement and integration.  He thinks of poor data quality as a symptom rather than the problem itself  and believes in business process integration as a primary solution to overcome the challenges in the organization.  Mr. Karkala has led successful implementation of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) services in MDM and business process integration in multiple high-tech organizations.  His design philosophy includes continuous performance improvement alongside pro-active service management in large scale solutions.  Mr. Karkala received his M. Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and his BS in Computer Engineering from Mysore University.

    Michael A. Tomasura is a systems analyst with 14 years of experience in information systems with 7 years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence. He is a doctoral student in the Doctor of Science in Information Systems program at Dakota State University. 

    Frank Smietana is director of product marketing for supply chain and manufacturing at Dimensional Insight. He has spent the last 23 years applying predictive analytics and business intelligence tools to solve real world problems at Eli Lilly & Company, UBS and Parametric Technology Corp.     Philippe Torres is a founding partner of InEdge, a consultancy specialized in business intelligence and analytics for the insurance industry. Prior to co-founding InEdge, Philippe’s over 25-year career has included work at Sybase and then Sun Microsystems as a solutions architect. He has expertise in the areas of analytical solutions, the personal lines and general insurance industries, as well as R&D in the field of data warehousing and business intelligence.

    Kyle Smith is Director of Clinical Data Integration at Sutter Health in Northern California. Since 2003 his Enterprise Data Management team has used MDM to identify and track more than 25 million patients. Beginning in 2011 he co-led the project to begin using multi-domain MDM to track care providers, employees, locations, clinical billing codes, and other data categories. He also helped establish a formal Enterprise Data Governance program to better align Sutter Health�s data strategy with the health network�s mission to provide community-based healthcare. He has more than 25 years of experience with clinical database design, technical development and clinical quality improvement.

    Rik Tamm-Daniels co-founded Attivio and currently serves as Vice President of Technology for Attivio's Channels and Alliances division developing and executing Attivio's technical strategy for OEM, SaaS, SI, VAR and Technology Alliance partner recruitment and enablement. Prior to becoming VP of Technology, Rik served as VP of Product and VP of Engineering for Attivio delivering many releases of the award-winning AIE platform using Agile development methodologies.

    Ken Kam is the Associate Director for BI and Data Management at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Kam works closely with the Commercial Department at Jazz to enhance analytics, master data and customer relationship management capabilities. Prior to joining Jazz, he was a CRM consultant helping various organizations to build innovative solutions to support call centers and sales force automation. Mr. Kam received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto - University College.
