Micheline (Mitch) St. Clair's career spans 20+ years of working with data at RBC Insurance, RBC Bank, Equifax Canada and other large enterprises. Most recently, Ms. St. Clair applied her IT background along with her business experience on the use of data to form the “Data and Information Governance" function at RBC Insurance. Previously at RBC Banking, she collaborated on the first CRM initiatives as the “CRM Process SME” in IT with a focus on Business Intelligence. In her early years as a business analyst with Equifax, she was responsible for data mining along with data and process analysis of credit systems and data. Ms. St. Clair has a Business of Applied Arts, Administration and Information Management from Ryerson University as well as various Management and MIS Certifications from the Institute of Canadian Banking.
Lois Campton has more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise Master Data Management, Business Systems and Business/IT Operations. In her current role leading Enrichment Services, she manages a team of analysts that support the enrichment and transformation of customer data into a revenue generating assets for Autodesk. Prior to Autodesk, Lois was a Technology Solutions Consultant who worked with clients to identify technology solutions to meet their business demands and challenges.
Mary Galvin is a technical consultant in the software industry, and has served in a variety of engineering and management roles on products and projects at companies such as LexisNexis Special Services, Basis Technology, Northrup Grumman and SRA International. Mary’s technical domain expertise includes data intensive computing systems, such as LexisNexis’ High Performance Computing Cluster called HPCC Systems, as well as human language technology (HLT), which includes machine translation, foreign language search and translation memory. Mary is currently enrolled at The Johns Hopkins University in their master of systems engineering program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Villanova University in 2003, where she also received minors in computer science, Spanish and naval science. In addition to being proficient in Spanish, Mary has a strong knowledge of the Arabic and Chinese languages. She is currently a mentor with Girls in Technology, which is a DC-based volunteer organization that encourages girls in the 6th through 12th grade to pursue careers in the STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) fields.
Glen is the Director of Product Management for MDM at Informatica. He is currently responsible for Informatica Solutions and Informatica Cloud MDM. Glen joined Informatica following the Siperian acquisition; where he was instrumental in defining and delivering new products - including Data Director, Data Controls and Hierarchy Manager. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he holds two software patents, and has directed product development and product management efforts at enterprise software leaders such as IBM. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University and an MBA from Bentley University.
Doug Cosby manages the development and strategy of Oracle's Data Relationship Management (DRM) product. His day-to-day activities include product roadmap planning, managing the development team, and executive sponsorship on key MDM projects. Prior to Oracle, he was the founder of Razza Solutions and one of the inventors of original DRM product. Doug has designed, developed, and implemented MDM solutions for the last 15+ years. He holds a bachelors degree of business administration from the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Accounting and Finance.
