Kathleen Niswander puts her strong software implementation and process improvement background to work at Cornerstone, where she is responsible for Enterprise Content Management projects including implementation of recommended processes/workflows, System Selection, Process Improvement and Benchmarking. Before joining Cornerstone, Kathleen was the Director of Imaging and Workflow for a mortgage insurance company. Susan Graham is president and chief operating officer of Financial Industry Computer Systems Inc., a mortgage technology specialist that provides cost-effective, in-house mortgage loan origination, residential mortgage servicing and commercial mortgage servicing technology to mortgage lenders, mid-sized banks and credit unions. Jennifer Jozity is Safeguard's assistant vice president of inspections operations.
