Prior to joining ISGN, Deana worked for Bank of America where she held the positions of AVP, Sr. Operational Risk and AVP, Compliance and Fraud Analyst Quality Assurance. Deana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Arts and Applied Science from Midwestern State University.

    Mr. Haspel serves as CFPB's senior expert in residential mortgage servicing and securitization, overseeing policy and research initiatives. Prior to joining CFPB, he was the Director of Asset Management and Servicer Monitoring at Ginnie Mae, where he was responsible for monitoring and surveillance of Ginnie Mae's servicers and management of defaulted issuer portfolios.Before joining Ginnie Mae, he was a Senior Director at Capital One where he was responsible for the held-for-investment whole loan mortgage portfolio. Prior to that, he has held senior positions in structured finance, servicing and capital markets at Fannie Mae, BlackRock, GE Capital and National Cooperative Bank. He has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

    Catherine Brown is a Managing Director of Treliant Risk Advisors. Catherine is also a specialist in Consumer Compliance and advises clients on regulatory requirements and trends in Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act programs, Anti-Money Laundering, and Enterprise Risk Management. Catherine has designed and implemented regulatory compliance programs for large, complex institutions. She has considerable experience in managing relationships with federal regulatory agencies, which includes preparing banks to anticipate and respond to regulatory inquiries and remediation. Catherine previously consulted in the Financial Institutions Risk Management practice of Crowe Horwath, LLP where she provided significant thought leadership and advisory support in matters pertaining to consumer compliance, enterprise compliance management, and ERM. Catherine is also an experienced operating executive, having held senior management positions at Citizens Financial Group (the U.S. Bank holding company of Royal Bank of Scotland), and its predecessor bank, Charter One Bank. During her tenure, she chaired and participated in various corporate governance committees related to major consumer and enterprise risk management issues. Most notably, Catherine served as Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Compliance and Ethics Officer for this major banking institution. Catherine received her J.D. from the University Of Dayton School Of Law, an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, and is active in the American Bar Association.

    Carline Mildor is AVP Attorney Oversight in the Vendor Procurement and Governance department at Nationstar Mortgage (“NSM”).  Ms. Mildor was previously Associate General Counsel in the Legal department of NSM.  Prior to joining NSM she served as a senior attorney in several foreclosure law firms in Florida.  She is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law and received a B.A. from Tulane University.

    Richard Koss is the Director of Economics with the Economic and Strategic Research Group. In this leadership role, Koss provides strategic insight to the economic, housing, and mortgage market forecasts and analyses and serves as a company thought leader internally and with external constituent groups. Koss is an important source of information and commentary on the external business and economic environment, and is a key spokesperson on the economy, housing, and mortgage markets.Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Koss spent over 20 years in senior positions on Wall Street, most recently as Senior Vice President and Director of Global Investments at Brown Brothers Harriman. In this role he had primary responsibility for investment strategy across a wide variety of institutional and wealth management clients. He served as the primary spokesperson on economic and capital market developments at BBH, the largest and oldest private bank in the U.S.Prior to joining BBH in 1998, Koss worked as Senior Advisor to the General Motors financial staffs in NY, providing economic and market analysis to the firm’s top management. Prior positions include Staff Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers under Chairman Alan Greenspan.He is Chairman of the Conference of Business Economists, a member of the International Conference of Commercial Banking Economists, and the Economic Club of NY. He is also a fellow of Chatham House, the leading European Foreign Policy think-tank. Koss is a frequent speaker on global economic outlooks and market conditions.Koss received his Ph. D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. Mathematics and Statistics from Case Western Reserve University.

    Dave Payne, director of product marketing, Primatics Financial, has over 14 years of financial services experience and is regarded for his ability to understand the mechanics, and analytics, to then convert the information into a way people can understand and articulate that achieve business value for clients. Prior to Primatics Financial, Dave was an associate bond trader at Deutsche Bank specializing in agency mortgage-backed securities. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Dave was a marketing transaction manager at Freddie Mac where he organized the pricing and issuance of REMIC transactions. His capital markets experience supports his ability to understand how financial institutions manage and evolve their portfolios.

    Kevin Shaner joined Promontory Interfinancial Network in 2013 and currently holds the position of Managing Director, Bank Assetpoint. Kevin has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, and has originated and underwritten a wide variety of commercial loan types, including government contracting, commercial and industrial, SBA, commercial real estate, construction and project finance. Prior to joining Promontory, he served as the Senior Vice President for Virginia Commerce Bank, where he led the regional commercial banking team in the Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax markets. Kevin has worked at national, regional, and community banks, including Citibank, Bank of America, and BB&T. He holds his Series 7 license and is a Registered Investment Advisor. Kevin earned his degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.
