Craig Martin is a Director in the Mortgage Practice at J.D. Power and Associates. He is responsible for the company’s research studies in the mortgage sector, as well as proprietary tracking, consulting and performance improvement initiatives within the company’s Financial Services Practice.Before joining J.D. Power and Associates in 2012, Mr. Martin was vice president, Consumer Deposit Products at BBVA Compass. Dr. M.A. Ketabchi founded Savvion in 1994, which, under his leadership, launched the first business process management (BPM) product in 1999. Progress Software acquired Savvion, Inc., in January 2010.Ketabchi is well known for his pioneering research in business process management technologies and methods; process-centric, domain-oriented business solutions; object-oriented database management systems; and application development technologies. Over the last 20 years he has published and presented extensively in these areas and has made significant contributions to advancing the state of the art and technologies in BPM and process-centric, domain-oriented business solutions.Ketabchi received his Ph.D. in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
