Anders Ekman is president of DataMentors, a data quality, data management and business intelligence provider. Previously, Anders was Executive Vice President of MRM Worldwide, serving as Eastern Region head and Chief Growth Officer. While at MRM, Anders drove the company�s evolution by bringing data-driven innovation to clients such as the US Army, MasterCard and Kohl�s. Anders has also served as a Senior Vice President at Digitas, building CRM infrastructure and marketing success for the firm�s largest clients, including GM and AT&T Wireless.

Penny Collen is a senior financial solutions architect at Cloud Cruiser Inc., a company that optimizes the delivery of consumption-based IT services for hybrid cloud and traditional computing environments. The IT Financial Management Association (ITFMA) recently named Ms. Collen IT Financial Educator of the Decade.

Jason Stanaland is an IT professional with a decade of experience specializing in systems architecture design, IT service management, and execution of information technology-related projects. Prior to joining Apple device management company JAMF Software as a product marketing manager, Jason spent nine years at Emory University as a mobile messaging applications administrator.

Nenshad Bardoliwalla is a co-founder and vice president at Paxata. He is the lead author of "Driven to Perform: Risk-Aware Performance Management From Strategy Through Execution." Nenshad co-founded Tidemark Systems Inc. where he drove the market, product and technology efforts for their next-generation analytic applications built for the cloud. He formerly served as vice president for product management, product development and technology at SAP where he helped to craft the business analytics vision, strategy and roadmap leading to the acquisitions of Pilot Software, OutlookSoft, and Business Objects. Prior to SAP, he helped launch Hyperion System 9 while at Hyperion Solutions. Nenshad began his career at Siebel Systems working on Siebel Analytics.

Martin serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals. He leads the development of Forrester's Digital Business Transformation Playbook, which focuses on how consumer adoption of multiple touchpoints is driving the need for firms to abandon channel-siloed strategies to become both more customer-centric and more agile in how they embrace change. Martin covers digital and eBusiness maturity and how firms can adopt organizational structures, processes, sourcing strategies, and metrics that help them embed digital tools and capabilities throughout their organizations. He is based in the UK, and while covering global trends, he has a particular focus on the European retail market.

Navin Sivanandam is a data scientist at Wibidata. He has a PhD from Stanford University and over a decade�s experience in a variety of research areas, from machine learning to probabilistic modeling.

Amor's practice in complex litigation emphasizes e-discovery and data management, including developing guidelines concerning records retention, preservation, data collection, processing, retrieval and production. He served as co-chair of the ABA�s Product Liability Committee for the Section of Litigation and liaison between the ABA Electronic Discovery Task Force responsible for the 2004 ediscovery amendments to the 1999 Discovery Standards promulgated by the Section of Litigation. Having served on various working groups for The Sedona Conference, an e-discovery think-tank, Amor presently is the chair and editor in chief to the organization�s Working Group 6, which focuses on data privacy and electronic discovery internationally.
