    Christopher (Chris) McNichol is a Managing Director with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (“Citi”) in Philadelphia and is the head of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic Public Finance region. Mr. McNichol has been in public finance since 1992 and has worked with Citi for over 24 years. Mr. McNichol is Citi’s primary coverage banker for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Maryland and provides issuer coverage at both the state and local levels. Additionally, Mr. McNichol works actively with issuers in Virginia, Delaware and New Jersey. In total, Mr. McNichol has served as banker for financings totaling in excess of $30 billion and has experience structuring some of the most complex transactions underwritten by Citi.Mr. McNichol is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics.
