    Geoff Urbina, a 16-year public finance veteran who has assisted in the structuring and placement of $42 billion of primary market municipal offerings as lead banker. In the last twelve months, Mr. Urbina has assisted various governmental entities on over $4.0 billion in municipal bond transactions, of which $700 million were on a senior managed basis. These transactions included tax backed, solid waste, water system revenue bonds, land-secured financings as well as short-term notes.

    Anne is Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer for Public Finance, responsible for Moody�s U.S. public finance and sub-sovereign ratings. Anne is a voting member of the Credit Policy Committee and chairs the Public Sector Credit Committee. She has helped developed many rating methodologies, including for U.S. state and local governments, health care, higher education, housing and municipal supported products. Prior to her role as credit officer, Anne was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley�s Transportation Banking team from 2006 to 2009 where she worked on 30 senior managed financings totaling over $10 billion for some of the largest airports, ports and toll road issuers in the U.S. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Anne spent 8 years at Moody�s as an analyst in a variety of public finance rating teams, most recently as a Vice President and Senior Analyst in the State and Infrastructure Finance ratings teams. Anne received her B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and her Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.

    Otis Casey is a director of credit research at Markit and is the firm’s lead analyst and commentator on fixed income markets in North America. His publications and insight on the CDS, bonds, and leveraged loans markets are regularly cited by major financial media, including Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times and industry press. Mr. Casey’s white papers on the changes in the corporate credit derivatives industry, specifically the convention and rules changes from the “CDS Big Bang” and “CDS Small Bang”, have been used as the basis for training materials by investors and major banks alike. These papers have also been used in graduate course materials at NYU and Columbia University.Mr. Casey has been involved in industry discussions from an early stage on the design of loan-only credit default swaps and was a co-author of the white paper detailing the new North American “bullet” LCDS contract.Mr. Casey joined Markit in 2002 starting as a leveraged loans analyst and has written extensively since that time on market conditions and secondary activity. In 2006, he became the head of the North American credit analyst team. Mr. Casey has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from Wabash College and a MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

    Alex Wallace is an 18-year veteran of the municipal securities industry with broad experience across many aspects of municipal finance. Alex is Head of the Public Finance Banking Team of the U.S. Bancorp Municipal Securities Group. Alex joined U.S. Bancorp in August 2009. At Wachovia Securities (1996 - 2008), Alex was Co-Head of the Municipal Securities Group and was responsible for the Public Finance Group. Alex also led a number of other businesses including Municipal Credit Origination, Syndications, and Municipal Leasing. He also spent a year as the Head of Mid-Atlantic Region for Loop Capital Markets. Prior to joining Wachovia Securities, Alex worked for the State Treasurer's Office of the State of North Carolina. Alex is a Past Chairman of the Carolinas Municipal Advisory Council and Past President of the CityWest Community Development Corporation. He has also been a long-time member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, the New York Municipal Forum, North Carolina Society of Financial Analysts, and has served on policy committees for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association ("SIFMA"). Alex has BA degrees in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Finance from North Carolina State University.

    Gabriel Petek, CFA is a Managing Director in the U.S. States Division of the U.S. Public Finance Department of Standard & Poor’s Credit Market Services in San Francisco. Mr. Petek is S&P’s primary analyst for the states of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin. Mr. Petek represents the Public Finance Department on S&P’s North American Credit Conditions Committee and helps coordinate its research and thought leadership efforts.Mr. Petek holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and earned his BA, magna cum laude, in political science from Loyola Marymount University where he was awarded the Stanley Chan Award, given to the top political science scholar as recognized by the faculty. A portion of Mr. Petek’s undergraduate work was completed at the London School of Economics and Political Science where he was a Hansard Scholar. Mr. Petek holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is an active member of the CFA Society of San Francisco. Mr. Petek is an advisor to the GFOA’s Committee on Governmental Budgeting and Fiscal Policy. In addition, Mr. Petek is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA) and is on the board of the California Society of Municipal Analysts, the local affiliate of the NFMA. Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s, Mr. Petek worked as a budget analyst at the City of Boston’s Office of Budget Management.
