Mr. Hurley joined the company just prior to the national launch of the Discover card in 1986 and has held positions in Marketing, Product Management, Government Relations, and Network Products and Services. Prior to his current position, Mr. Hurley was Deputy President of Diners Club International and Head of Global Client Relations from 2008 to 2010, and Vice President of Discover Network Strategic Development from 2003 to 2008. In his network role, he was responsible for the strategic initiatives associated with Discover Network, including Network Alliances, Third-Party Credit Issuance and the Network Prepaid business. He also led the acquisition team for the PULSE ATM-Debit Network in 2005 and Diners Club in 2008, and is responsible for the strategic alliances forged with China UnionPay and JCB. He has been Chief Representative for Discover in China and sits on the Board of Diners Club Switzerland and Germany. Mr. Hurley is involved in a number of financial, civic and charitable organizations, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Electronic Funds Transfer Association.
Robert Mau is a Knowledge Expert in McKinsey & Company’s New York Office and a member of the Firm’s Payments Practice. Since joining in 2008, he has advised clients in The US, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East on Credit Card and Payments related topics. Robert has a B.S. in Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Purdue University in addition to four years as a Lieutenant in the US Navy.
Amy McLaughlin is the Acquisition and Channel Strategy Leader for the Consumer and Business Credit Card Product Group. She is a Senior Vice President under the Retail Assets team and has been with PNC Bank for 21 years. Amy is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, and development of the credit card acquisition marketing budget for both consumer and business credit cards. She is accountable for all new account generation efforts in a multi-channel environment, developing strategies to increase credit card acceptance among PNC customers and prospects. Her responsibilities include the coordination of efforts to improve approval rates and product profitability, increase marketing effectiveness, and maintain the highest level of customer experience. Prior to this current role in the Credit Card Product Group, Amy has previously worked in areas across electronic banking, mortgage banking, and customer service, with more than 25 years experience in the banking and insurance industries.
Stefan Ross is a director of Credit and Debit Card products for Fidelity Personal, Workplace and Institutional Services. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. Mr. Ross assumed his current position in May 2011 and is responsible for the strategic growth, product development and program marketing of Fidelitys retail card products. Mr. Ross joined Fidelity in 2007 as a director for Institutional Custody Operations and subsequently became a relationship manager for Fidelity Capital Markets Transition Management team. Mr. Ross earned a JD from Vermont Law School, a bachelor of arts degree from SUNY Binghamton and holds his FINRA Principal/Supervisory Series 4, 9, 10, 24, and 53 licenses.

Molly Plozay is responsible for global loyalty product innovation and business development for financial services and retailers at First Data. She has more than 20 years of experience in card and payment processing with nearly 15 years of focus in cardholder marketing products including pricing, rewards, cobranding and communications. Plozay has spent the last five years focused on new loyalty opportunities, including merchant-funded programs, retail loyalty and offers. Prior to working on loyalty product strategy and development, Plozay managed many large projects across First Data, including restructuring legacy systems by creating a client-definable rules engine that is used to support functions such as reward processing, account management, interactive communication, and credit application and protection. Plozay and her teams have brought many new products to market; she currently holds a patent for cardholder pricing innovation and rules management.
Paul Siegfried is charged with product development, business development and strategy within the financial services card vertical. Before joining TransUnion, he managed the credit card business at Fifth Third Bank where the business grew 10 fold over 12 years. Before that, he was the Midwest Regional Manager for Sales at Visa. He is known within the industry for forming meaningful partnerships to enable business growth.
