Whit Coolbaugh has been in banking for nearly 15 years, all of which have been with BB&T. He has held leadership roles in ACH, Wire Transfer, Payment Strategies, Debit Card Chargebacks, and the past 5 years with the ATM Channel. He is responsible for BB&T’s ATM Projects & Operations group, which manages new initiatives related to the ATM systems, software, functionality and client experience across the bank’s network of nearly 3,000 ATMs. He is also responsible for ATM contracts, ATM client complaints resolution, vendor management and remote ATM program support.�Whit is a 2002 graduate of Barton College.� He and his wife, Kelly, reside in Wilson, NC with their two children.
