    Marianne leads ACG’s Payment Insights practice which provides syndicated (i.e., Cardbeat�, The Payments Report, Mobile Pay Tracker) and proprietary research to support strategic initiatives, product development, and competitive intelligence.� Before joining ACG in 2002, Marianne developed, launched, and managed successful credit card and loyalty programs, and developed co-brand alliances both as a banker and as a retail partner. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Flooz.com, a digital currency company. Marianne cultivated her deep analytic skills in her Ph.D. studies at the University of Michigan, and has applied them in research, marketing, and new product development at Fortune 100 companies, including HBO, Shearson Lehman Brothers, Chase Manhattan and Verizon.

Beth joined MasterCard in August of 2011.Beth has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare payments space. Prior to joining MasterCard, Beth was the Business Leader for Card Strategy at OptumHealth Financial Services, where she spent several years in strategic development and management of several new payment and card solutions. Previous to OptumHealth, she spent almost 13 years at Metavante (now Fidelity Information Services) in a variety of product management and emerging business development roles , culminating in the development and launch of holding company�s commercial Health Savings Account solution. She spent the prior 12 years with Firstar (now US bank), holding a variety of management and emerging development roles.Beth holds a B.A. in Communications from St. Norbert College. She currently is on the Board and/or actively engaged in numerous industry organizations to include the American Bankers Association (ABA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Council Board, Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards (SIGIS) Board, Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) Board, America�s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and National Business Group on Health (NBGH).

    Tom Feltner is the director of financial services at the Consumer Federation of America, an association of non-profit consumer organizations that was established in 1968 to advance the consumer interest through research, advocacy, and education.� At CFA, Feltner heads coalition building, policy development and advocacy in the areas of automobile insurance reform, high-cost lending and financial services regulation. In this position, he is regularly engaged in state and national efforts to further the consumer interest in the financial services marketplace and protect consumers, particularly lower-income consumers, from abusive practices.

    Khary Scott is currently Vice President of Business Development for Capital One’s Corporate Development Team.� In this role, he is responsible for developing co-branded partnerships with selected merchants in the Travel, Entertainment and Digital markets.� He led the Orbitz engagement that launched Capital One back into the co-brand business.� In addition, Khary directed the Sony Card engagement team that converted Capital One’s first co-brand portfolio. � Khary brokered the Mobile Payments partnership between Capital One and Softcard. �He led the engagement teams for GM & UP as part of Capital One’s HSBC Acquisition. �Khary is also the Accountable Executive for the African-American Network closely linked to Capital One's goals of recruiting, retaining, and developing diverse talent leveraging their differences to contribute to the success of the organization.� As part of his role as accountable executive, Khary sits on the Diversity & Inclusion Council for Capital One.Prior to joining Capital One, Khary was the Director of Marketing for Invensys Controls.� At Invensys, he led marketing for their wholesale distribution, global product development and original equipment manufacturing teams.� Khary specializes in business development, product management, and sales promotion in Europe, Asia, and North America.Khary has also served as a consultant for Robbins-Gioia in Washington, DC where he worked as an advisor to the Department of Defense before leaving to get his MBA.Mr. Scott graduated from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in May 2001.� Prior to Darden, he graduated from the University of Texas – Austin in 1995 with a BBA in Finance.Khary currently lives in Midlothian, VA with his wife, Danielle D.     Tim Pawlenty is the CEO of the Financial Services Roundtable, a former two-term Minnesota governor and was a candidate for president.As a former two-term governor of Minnesota, he oversaw a $50 billion biennial budget, led 30,000 state employees, and managed 20 individual state agencies and departments. As chair of the Minnesota State Board of Investment, Pawlenty directed more than $60 billion in public and private investments during his tenure. He also served as chair of the National Governor's Association from 2007-2008 and chair of the Midwest Governor's Association from 2006-2007.
