    Lisa Binkley is senior vice president of Platinum Data Solutions, where she is responsible for mortgage solutions and business development. Lisa is a renowned expert in quality assurance, data verification and mortgage fraud with over 25 years of mortgage industry experience. She has held executive positions with organizations that include Equifax, Rapid Reporting, IMARC and GMAC ResCap. Lisa is former chair of the MBA Quality Assurance Leadership Council, former vice chair of the MBA Fraud and Ethics working group, and a current member of several MBA working groups for risk management, compliance and production.

    Christine Clifford is President and a Principal owner of Access Mortgage Research & Consulting, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry spending much of that time as a consultant at Access Mortgage Research. She divides her time between on-going benchmark studies, on which she directs the analytical work, proprietary research, new project development and managing business operations of the firm. Maximizing the usefulness of the benchmark studies’ findings is Christine’s primary commitment to clients. Through individual analysis of each participant, she develops strategies to improve each firm’s profitability. As an outgrowth of her experience analyzing mortgage banking profitability and operations, she is frequently commissioned for proprietary research and consulting projects. Recently she has worked on a series of projects helping clients manage risk and improve sales’ efficiency and effectiveness. Christine has helped write a series of definitive studies on subservicing and the mortgage banking and brokerage industry. These studies were used by industry members and other interested parties to understand the size and shape of these segments of mortgage lending.Christine is a Certified Mortgage Banker and has a Masters Degree in Business and Management from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Prior to joining Access Mortgage Research in 1993, Christine gained financial services and real estate experience at Alex. Brown & Sons, TRW, Trans Union, Freddie Mac, and SMR Research.

    Lorenz Schwarz is chief operating officer of Green River Capital LC, an REO asset management and loss mitigation provider. Schwarz joined the company in 2011 and supervises the operations of GRC’s sister companies, GR Financial, a short sale company, and Infinity Valuation Services, a BPO provider. Schwarz has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential mortgage servicing industries to the position.Prior to joining GRC, Schwarz was president of Phoenix Asset Management, LLC. He has also had several management positions for some of the industry’s top servicers, including the director of REO for Salt Lake City, Utah–based Select Portfolio Servicing, vice president of REO for Wilshire Credit Corp. and director of real estate at J.E. Robert Co in McLean, Va.

    Christopher Brown is a partner at Begos Horgan & Brown LLP and has been litigating cases for 17 years. Since joining Begos Horgan & Brown in 2003, he has been involved in foreclosure defense matters and employment law issues. Prior to joining Begos Horgan & Brown, Chris was a sole practitioner and was formerly associated with Ford Marrin Esposito Witmeyer & Gleser, LLP. Chris was also a consultant with Law Audit Services, Inc. (now known as Allegient Systems, Inc.) helping insurers and other large purchasers of legal services control their costs.     Shlomo Chopp is the managing member of Case Property Services, a Brooklyn-based company that handles CMBS loan workouts, distressed asset repositioning, bankruptcy advisement, and partnership disputes. Founded by Chopp in 2009, CPS assists borrowers in navigating an evolving and difficult lender model unsure in its methods of addressing the growing rate of distressed real estate assets. Prior to forming CPS, in addition to various asset acquisitions and advisory work, Chopp spent time in the construction finishes and real estate technology industries.

    Ms. Weissgold is a member of Alston & Bird’s Financial Services & Products Group and a co-leader of the Consumer Finance Regulatory Compliance team.     Matt is Senior Director of Operations at CoreLogic and manages Outsourcing and REO Operations, primarily responsible for providing resources to support originations and servicing operations. Matt has been with CoreLogic since October of 2009 and has managed teams to provide multiple clients with solutions to support operations and initiatives related to: Loan Modification, Short Sale, REO, Default and Originations activities. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Matt spent 13 years in various roles within Consumer Finance industry with several companies including: Wells Fargo, Saxon Mortgage and AmeriCredit. A graduate of Augustana College with Accounting and Business Administration degrees, he currently resides in Keller, TX with his wife and four children.
