    Jerry Facendola joined The Bank of New York Mellon in March, 2002 and currently manages the domestic Default Administration Group.� He worked on and negotiated numerous restructurings of public, corporate and structured finance debt issues including Jefferson County, AL, Energy Future Holdings and Residential Funding Company.� He has served in various managerial capacities including leading the Municipal Mid-Atlantic Unit and the Dealing & Trading Unit of Corporate Trust.� His vast experience has exposed him to a wide arrange products such as public finance debt issues, secondary insurance, auction rate securities, derivative debt issues and tender option bond programs. �Jerry has more than 28 years of corporate trust experience.Jerry received his MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1993 and his undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1985.

    Dennis Reilly is the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority (WHEFA), a conduit issuer of tax exempt bonds for all Wisconsin 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations.Mr. Reilly has been the Executive Director at WHEFA since 2012. He began his career with WHEFA in 1996 and most recently served as the Associate Executive Director. Mr. Reilly received his bachelor�s degree with a finance major and economics minor from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a master�s with an emphasis in finance from the same institution.In the past 18 � years with WHEFA, Mr. Reilly has been involved in the structuring and issuance of approximately 500 bond issues totaling over $16.0 billion.Mr. Reilly currently serves as a Board Member of the National Association of Health & Educational Facilities Finance Authorities (NAHEFFA) also serves on numerous committees of NAHEFFA.

Yee represents the First Equalization District and its 21 counties in northern and central California, home to 9 million Californians and many of the state's most prominent industries, including biotechnology, health care, high-tech, finance and tourism. Board of Equalization members constitute the nation’s only elected tax commission.�Ms. Yee has 30 years of experience in public service, specializing in state and local finance and tax policy. A native of San Francisco, Ms. Yee received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and her master’s degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. �

    Prior to founding Melio & Company, and from 1997 � 2009, Mark Melio had been an investment banker with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. From 2006 � 2009, Mark served as Head of Investment Banking for J.P. Morgan's Tax-Exempt Capital Markets Group. In this capacity, he directed all of the investment banking services that J.P. Morgan provided to its state and local government, energy, transport, housing, healthcare, higher education and other not-for-profit clients. Prior to this position, Mark was the head of J.P. Morgan�s not-for-profit healthcare, higher education, cultural and mid-tier investment banking groups. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Mark spent nearly 10 years in the healthcare and higher education investment banking group at Goldman Sachs & Co. In the early to mid 1980�s, Mark was a healthcare consultant and auditor with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte).Mark received an M.S. in Management & Policy Analysis from Carnegie-Mellon and a B.S. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mark is also a FINRA Registered Securities Principal, Municipal Principal, and a Financial and Operations Principal.     Mr. Kirschner joined UnityPoint Health in 2013 after spending 14 years in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan. Prior to banking, he spent 4 years at Ernst & Young in management consulting. He received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, in Albany, New York and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Columbia Business School in New York City, New York.� Mr. Kirschner is currently responsible for all Treasury funcitons at UnityPoint Health including debt, investments, and cash management.

    Mark is VP of Municipal Development at Renovate America where he has created the government relations outreach to bring HERO Financing to local governments.Prior to Renovate America Mark was a partner in Western Blue, a government systems integrator. Mark was instrumental to leading the company to acquisition by one of the nation�s integrators.Mark spent several years in the secondary market division of Countrywide Wholesale before the crash of the FHLB banking system in 2008.Mark studied at Sierra College in Northern California.�

    Sutirtha Bagchi holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He earned his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management where he graduated as a Krannert Scholar. Prior to joining his PhD program, Sutirtha worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company out of their Pittsburgh office where he consulted for clients in the consumer packaged goods and retail space.Sutirtha's fields of study are public finance, political economy, labor economics, and regulation. In recent work, he has examined the fiscal health of public-sector pension plans for municipal workers in Pennsylvania and the role that political competition plays in impacting the funding and generosity of these plans. Sutirtha will be starting off as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Villanova University beginning Fall 2014.

    Sean Wilkoff received his Ph.D. in Finance and Real Estate at the University of California at Berkeley in May of 2012. He currently works at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis focusing on municipal bond market and ABS regulation.

    Eric Garcetti is the 42nd Mayor of Los Angeles. His "back to basics" agenda is focused on job creation and solving everyday problems for L.A. residents. Garcetti was elected four times by his peers to serve as President of the Los Angeles City Council from 2006 to 2012. From 2001 until taking office as Mayor, he served as the Councilmember representing the 13th District which includes Hollywood, Echo Park, Silver Lake, and Atwater Village - all of which were dramatically revitalized under Garcetti's leadership. Garcetti was raised in the San Fernando Valley and earned his B.A. and M.A. from Columbia University. He studied as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford and the London School of Economics and taught at Occidental College and USC. A fourth generation Angeleno, Eric lives in Silver Lake with his wife and one-year-old daughter. He is a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy reserve and is an avid jazz pianist and photographer.
